What you'll do

As the Business Manager for , a growing brand under , you will play a pivotal role in driving the planning, development, and growth of Magnum from a regional to a national brand within the truck accessories sector.

Your role as Business Manager will also involve using your keen eye for innovation to develop, oversee, and manage the business strategy for .

Additionally, you will be accountable for overseeing all business activities in the areas of inside sales, purchase order and parts order tracking, warranties, status reporting, customer service, and issues resolution..

You will also:

  • Have oversight of new truck body accessories
  • Manage all aspects of the operations of the business including without limitation the profits and losses
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customer acting as the primary point person for the Business activities including inside sales, tacking of purchase orders, orders for parts, handling warranty matters, generating status and other reports, responding to customer concerns, and to provide resolve and resolution
  • Assist in the drafting and creation of the Company's and the Branch's operation plans including without limitation Annual Operation Plan (Budget) for the Company and the branch
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team on social media strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Leads the drafting and creation of the Company's and the business operation plans
  • Interface with the Company's main and other corporate and branch offices
  • Integrate sales and merchandise plans and forecast optimal sales quantities
  • Provide strategic direction for the product range aligned with business expansion goals
  • Communicate the assortment strategy during the concept, design, and development phases
  • Own the Product Development Milestone Meetings
  • Deliver updates to management and seek timely approvals
  • Create business requirements documents (BRDs)
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication
  • Effective resource management
  • Co-develop marketing and annual budget plans for the brand

What you need to be successful
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Eight or more (8+) years of sales, product management, or product marketing expertise with truck accessories
  • Experience within the aftermarket segment (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
