The Hardware Installation Support Specialist is responsible for planning, scheduling, and deployment of Tyler Technologies kiosk, tablet, and client network solutions. In addition, working with Sales in responding to RFP, confirming technology needs, and completion of facility walkthrough for new installations.
This position combines project management, administrative, technical and organizational skills to coordinate the analysis, quoting, delivery, installation and deployment of Tyler's hardware solutions. The Hardware Installation Support Specialist maintains close communication and relationships with all other business units within the division and possibly with other Tyler divisions.
Note: This role requires 50%-75% travel to client sites within the U.S.
