Job Description

Summary

  • Position Summary
    • Under the direction of the facilities manager performs maintenance and service tasks such as trash removal, ground maintenance, snow removal, building and property maintenance.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
    • License/Certifications: Valid NH drivers license. Certification in HazMat, landscaping or other trade licenses as required..
    • Experience: Minimum of three years related experience including grounds keeping experience required
