Position Summary

Under the direction of the facilities manager performs maintenance and service tasks such as trash removal, ground maintenance, snow removal, building and property maintenance.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

License/Certifications: Valid NH drivers license. Certification in HazMat, landscaping or other trade licenses as required..

Experience: Minimum of three years related experience including grounds keeping experience required
