We're seeking a collaborative partner to support employees with their "Moments that Matter" in our Wiscasset and Brunswick Maine facilities. You'll provide onsite support for employee questions and act as the initial point of contact regarding benefits and payroll for questions and concerns. The People Specialist is also responsible for local training, ensuring compliance and documentation of related tasks, and will provide the local People Partner (HRBP) with efficient Administrative & HRIS support.
The People Services team is the primary service delivery function within our Human Resources function. We are the first and second line of support to managers and employees within the scope of the PEOPLE Services function.
This will be office-based rotating between our two manufacturing sites in Wiscasset & Brunswick!
