Your Role:

Under leadership direction, the Team Lead for LMP Ambulatory Scheduling and Registration will work to support, educate, and train Patient Service Representative's (PSR) and Customer

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

    1. Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.
    2. License/Certifications: N/A
    3. Experience: Call Center or Patient Access experience required. Two years' Patient Service Representative/Customer Service Representative experience preferred, but not required. Experience in a health care setting preferred.
    4. Knowledge of practice procedures.
    5. Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques.
    6. Skills in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising.
    7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks.
    8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
    9. Strong computer skills
    10. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
