Farmington Family Medicine, a department of Franklin Memorial Hospital/MaineHealth, is currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our exceptional team of providers. The NP/PA will be responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating and educating patients. This is a team care approach that will be working closely with physicians and other clinicians to provide patients a medical home - a place to go for help with any health issues.
Farmington Family Medicine providers average 15 to 18 patients daily with ages ranging from birth to end-of -life. The local medical community provides excellent colleague interaction and referral relationships. Come be a part of our dynamic team of providers, which includes three physicians and two advanced Practice Providers working with exceptional support staff.

Additionally, we are a designated National Health Service Corps site which allow primary care providers to participate in additional competitive loan repayment programs through NHSC.
